Orders & Payment

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We will guide you through the payment process securely.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@sellertons.co.uk (Mon to Fri 09:00 to 17:00 except Bank holidays). Once dispatched, orders cannot be
changed or cancelled.

Regrettably, if your order required personalisation and has
already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.

4. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our products are nicely packaged as standard.

5. Why haven’t I received an email confirmation?

An automated email confirmation is sent to your email address once your order has been placed and should be received within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout. Feel free to contact us during the above hours and we’ll be happy to verify your order details.

6. How do I change the address for an order?

Your delivery address can be changed up until it has been
processed by Customer Services. After this we regret we are unable to change a
delivery address.

7. Will someone let me know if my item is unavailable?

You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order, but this does not confirm the item is in stock.

In the event that an item you have ordered is delayed or out of stock, a member of Customer Services will contact you and notify you of the
"in stock" date. If you do not wish to remain on our waiting list, they will be able to offer you alternative options.

8. Is payment safe on your site?

Yes - all payments are handled securely, by trusted third party providers with encryption and fraud checks. We never store your full payments details.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK including Scottish Highlands and islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or internationally at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

3. How long does delivery take?

Standard
UK Delivery:
3–5 working days

Express
UK Delivery:
1–2 working days

Note: Orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles may experience longer delivery times, due to courier transit schedules. Express shipping to these locations may take longer than 1 business day, while standard shipping may also be subject to extended transit times.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

5. What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first. If there are any issues, contact us within 10 working days from the date your order was due to be delivered at contact@sellertons.co.uk

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle free return policy. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

2. How do I return an item?

Email us at contact@sellertons.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return
postage.

4. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

5. If I paid for express shipping will this be refunded?

If you paid for express shipping, only the cost of standard shipping is refundable, as the express service has already been provided. Please check with your bank first, as processing times may vary.

Products & Care

1. Are your products made from real leather?

Yes. We only sell real leather products, carefully selected for quality and durability.

2. How do I care for my leather wallet/bag?

Specific care points based on the type of leather a product is made from, are detailed on each product page, but general care points are as follows:

  • Keep it dry and away from direct heat sources
  • Use a suitable leather conditioner for the specific type of leather, occasionally to maintain suppleness.

3. Do your wallets have RFID protection?

Most of our wallets include RFID-blocking technology to protect your cards from unauthorised scanning. Check individual product descriptions for details.
